Initiate Your Request
Log into your Merch account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact and included.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
